Delectable pieces of tender chicken served with a creamy, zesty sauce, these skewers offer a scrumptious blend of crispy and creamy flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the coating.
  3. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken cube into the flour mixture.
  5. Thread the coated chicken onto skewers.
  6. Spray the skewers with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice for the dipping sauce.
  9. Serve the skewers warm with the sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a twist, add bell peppers or substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option.
