Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes if wooden)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the coating.
- Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken cube into the flour mixture.
- Thread the coated chicken onto skewers.
- Spray the skewers with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice for the dipping sauce.
- Serve the skewers warm with the sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a twist, add bell peppers or substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option.
