Description

Deliciously sticky and crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory soy garlic glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Pat the chicken wings dry and spray them lightly with cooking oil.
  5. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Toss the cooked wings in the homemade glaze before serving.

Notes

For intense flavor, marinate the wings overnight. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
