- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Turkey bacon (optional)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, spinach, red pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast with a sharp knife, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each pocket with the creamy cheese and veggie mixture, pressing it down gently.
- If using turkey bacon, wrap each stuffed breast with a slice or two.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the stuffed breasts in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
