Description

A comforting and creamy stuffed chicken dish, perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Turkey bacon (optional)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, spinach, red pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast with a sharp knife, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the creamy cheese and veggie mixture, pressing it down gently.
  5. If using turkey bacon, wrap each stuffed breast with a slice or two.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  7. Place the stuffed breasts in the air fryer in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
