Description

A comforting, creamy pasta dish with beef, perfect for chilly evenings and family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb lean beef, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add the diced beef to the skillet, seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor!

Notes
