- 4 croissants, cut into pieces
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Layer the croissant pieces in your greased baking dish, then scatter the mixed berries on top.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries, ensuring everything is nicely coated.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top and press the croissants down slightly to soak up the liquid.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set in the middle and golden on top.
- Serve warm, dusted lightly with powdered sugar if desired.
