Description

A cozy dish featuring chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy blend of broccoli and cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the broccoli cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
