Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s bubbly.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the chicken bites, letting them sizzle in the butter.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, mixing to coat the chicken.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken in spices a few hours ahead. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
