Description

A heartwarming dish combining juicy chicken breasts stuffed with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff it with the cheese and tomato mixture.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
