Description

Indulge in these warm, creamy Cheesy Baked Breakfast Sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, scrambled eggs, ham, and melty cheese—a perfect cozy treat for family gatherings or brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the brown sugar, stirring until well combined.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until fluffy. Scramble them in a pan over medium heat until just cooked through.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking tray.
  5. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the rolls, followed by the scrambled eggs and a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on to create sliders, then drizzle the brown sugar butter mixture over the top.
  7. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy the cozy goodness!

Notes
