Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and cumin, allowing flavors to meld.
  4. Add a generous portion of cooked chicken and cheese to one half of a tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling and cook until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve warm, with salsa or guacamole.
