- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Start by combining warm milk and sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, salt, and eggs. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add flour, combining until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes, or until it’s doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.
- Tightly roll the dough into a log and cut it into slices. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between them.
- Cover the rolls and let them rise again for about 30 minutes, until puffed up.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and irresistible.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.
- Once the cinnamon rolls are out of the oven and warm, spread the frosting generously over the top before serving.
