- 1 cup bread crumbs

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup brown gravy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Prepare the brown gravy according to package instructions or your favorite homemade recipe.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve with the brown gravy.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey for ground beef. Prepare the meatloaf mixture a day in advance to save time.
