Description

A delightful fusion of tri-color pasta, turkey bacon, and fresh veggies that captures the essence of a classic club sandwich in a creamy pasta salad.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces tri-color pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 4 ounces ham (lunch meat)
  • 4 ounces turkey (lunch meat)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Then, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool it down.
  2. Prepare the ingredients: While the pasta is cooking, chop the turkey bacon, lettuce, ham, and turkey into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Mix the creamy dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning, adjusting to taste.
  4. Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta, chopped turkey bacon, cheese, lettuce, ham, turkey, and cherry tomatoes to the mixing bowl. Toss gently until well coated.
