Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2–3 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Optional: chili flakes, onions, bell peppers
Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, melted garlic butter or minced garlic, mayo or cream cheese, parsley or Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Lay out your large tortillas on a flat surface and spread the chicken and cheese filling evenly across each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one end, ensuring the filling stays enclosed.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and toast each wrap, seam side down first, until golden and melty.
- Once done, slice them in half and serve warm, optionally sprinkling with chili flakes.
