Description
A heartwarming recipe that envelops you in a creamy hug of flavor and nostalgia, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Gnocchi (gluten-free option available)
- 12 oz marinara (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
- 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup tahini
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large pot of salted water. Once they float to the surface, they are done!
- Carefully drain the gnocchi and return them to the pot.
- Add the marinara, tahini, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to the gnocchi.
- Over medium heat, gently stir until everything is warmed through and well combined, letting those beautiful flavors meld together.
- Serve in bowls or plates, optionally topping with fresh parsley or extra nutritional yeast for that added touch of warmth.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove to prevent the gnocchi from becoming mushy.
