Description

Deliciously crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, fresh jalapeños, and crunchy turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 4 strips of turkey bacon
  • 23 fresh jalapeños, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. Combine the cooked bacon, chopped jalapeños, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Grease a muffin tin lightly, and gently press the wonton wrappers into the cups, forming little bowls.
  5. Fill each wonton cup generously with the creamy mixture.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
