Description

A tender roast beef seasoned with fragrant rosemary and garlic, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 pounds beef roast (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth (for braising)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and add the beef broth to the bottom of the pan.
  5. Roast for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Let the roast rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with pan juices drizzled on top.

Notes

You can season the roast the night before to deepen the flavors. Slice against the grain for the tenderest pieces.
