Ingredients

- 3–4 pounds beef roast (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth (for braising)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and add the beef broth to the bottom of the pan.
- Roast for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Let the roast rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with pan juices drizzled on top.
Notes
You can season the roast the night before to deepen the flavors. Slice against the grain for the tenderest pieces.
