Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a slow cooker.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni about 30 minutes before serving.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
This goulash keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
