- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl.
- Mix with your hands until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs and broccoli on it.
- Stir together hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook until the mixture thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle the sticky sauce over the meatballs and broccoli.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and broccoli is tender yet crisp.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the meatballs in advance and refrigerating them. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
