Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth and creamy in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in the corn, shredded cheese, sugar (if using), salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and egg (if using). Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
