Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat until bubbling and fragrant.
  2. Add the minced garlic (if using) and sauté until aromatic.
  3. Toss in the fresh spinach and watch it wilt down beautifully.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese, letting it melt.
  5. Sprinkle in the grated parmesan cheese and let it melt into the mixture.
