- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until just tender.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender, around 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, mozzarella, sautéed garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the cooked tortellini and broccoli into the cheese mixture gently until well coated.
- Transfer the entire mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for that irresistible golden crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before diving in.
