Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach, allowing them to meld together.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
