- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve the fettuccine topped with crispy sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For variations, try adding lemon juice, sautéed spinach, or buffalo sauce for different flavors. Leftover chicken can speed up prep time.
