Instructions

- Mix the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Pour the luscious mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks, mixing it with the creamy sauce.
