Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot, making sure they are evenly spaced for even cooking.
  2. Mix the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the luscious mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks, mixing it with the creamy sauce.
