Description

A creamy, comforting dip made with Velveeta and Rotel, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked ground sausage or beef (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and the undrained Rotel tomatoes.
  2. If you’re feeling adventurous, add the drained and rinsed black beans and your choice of cooked ground sausage or beef.
  3. Cover and set your slow cooker to low. Cook for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted and the dip has become beautifully creamy.
  4. Serve warm with crispy tortilla chips, and watch your guests gather ’round!
