Description

Cozy French Dip Sliders filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and gooey Swiss cheese, served with au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • Au jus (beef broth)
  • Horseradish (optional)
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly over the buns, ensuring each slider gets a generous portion.
  4. Add caramelized onions and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  7. Heat the au jus in a small pot until warmed through.
  8. Serve the sliders warm with au jus for dipping.
