Description

Delicious grilled corn on the cob slathered in a buttery garlic mixture and topped with rich Parmesan cheese, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic together in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear of corn, coating all sides.
  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately while still warm.

Notes

Make ahead by husking the corn a few hours in advance and keeping it in a damp towel. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
