- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the melted butter and minced garlic together in a small bowl until well combined.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear of corn, coating all sides.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately while still warm.
Notes
Make ahead by husking the corn a few hours in advance and keeping it in a damp towel. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
