- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead by prepping the cauliflower and tossing it with olive oil and seasonings a few hours prior to roasting.
