Description

A delicious and nutritious roasted cauliflower dish, enhanced with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for weeknight dinners or as a side for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even roasting.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead by prepping the cauliflower and tossing it with olive oil and seasonings a few hours prior to roasting.
