Instructions
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
