A comforting and easy recipe for Ham and Cheese Sliders, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the ham and cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Mix the melted butter, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush more butter mixture on top if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
