Description

A comforting and easy recipe for Ham and Cheese Sliders, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham and cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Mix the melted butter, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush more butter mixture on top if desired.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
