Description

A cozy and easy recipe for creamy homemade peanut butter made from just dry roasted peanuts and optional add-ins.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts (½ salted and ½ unsalted)
  • Oil (if needed for consistency)
  • 1 pinch salt (if needed)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, if your peanut butter is too salty)

Instructions

  1. Drop your peanuts into a blender or food processor.
  2. Process the peanuts for about 5 minutes until silky-smooth.
  3. If it appears too thick, gradually add a touch of oil.
  4. Taste your concoction and adjust with salt or honey if needed.
  5. Scoop into an airtight jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 months.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different nuts or flavor add-ins like cocoa powder or coconut.
