- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Fresh thyme (to taste)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse, scrub, and trim the colorful carrots.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Stir in the honey and brown sugar until it becomes a silky mixture.
- Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle the honey mixture over them.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the carrots in the honey mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
