Description

A cozy and flavorful side dish featuring golden, crispy Brussels sprouts glazed with a sweet and spicy honey-Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, discarding any outer leaves that look less than perfect.
  3. Combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl, ensuring they are all evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they have enough space to roast.
  5. Roast for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Mix together the honey and Sriracha in a small bowl to create a glaze.
  7. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the honey-Sriracha sauce over them, tossing gently to coat.
  8. Serve warm as a delightful side dish.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy them cold in salads or reheat gently in the oven.
