Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, discarding any outer leaves that look less than perfect.
- Combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl, ensuring they are all evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they have enough space to roast.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Mix together the honey and Sriracha in a small bowl to create a glaze.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the honey-Sriracha sauce over them, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
