- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the mixture.
- Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven, let rest, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
