Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, and add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
