Instructions
- Whisk the instant lemon pudding mixes with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Combine thawed whipped topping and powdered sugar into the pudding, then add lemon zest if desired.
- Create a base layer in a 9×13-inch dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
- Construct a second layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Apply the remaining lemon pudding mixture across the second graham cracker layer.
- Complete with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or ideally overnight.
