- 2 lbs of potatoes (such as Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
