Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 Fresh kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • ¼ cup Toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced pineapple and sliced kiwi in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together honey and lime juice in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top before serving.
