Description

Delightful mini sweet peppers stuffed with melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, perfect for a quick dinner or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • Mini sweet peppers
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Pepperoni, chopped
  • Pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix together the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and pizza sauce in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each mini pepper half with the cheese and pepperoni mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
