- Mini sweet peppers
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Pepperoni, chopped
- Pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix together the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and pizza sauce in a bowl.
- Stuff each mini pepper half with the cheese and pepperoni mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
