Instructions
- Clean and slice the radishes. Begin by washing your radishes under cool water, removing any dirt or debris. Slice them thinly.
- Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a pot. Bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Place radishes in a jar. Choose your favorite glass jar, layering the crunchy radish slices inside. Add optional flavorings if desired.
- Pour the hot brine over the radishes until fully submerged.
- Let them cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Enjoy after a few hours for best flavor.
