Description

A delightful and creamy treat made with bananas, nut butter, and fresh fruits, perfect for a fun snack or whimsical breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 1/2 cup of assorted fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Spread a generous layer of nut butter on each banana half.
  3. Sprinkle granola on top of the nut butter.
  4. Layer your assorted fruits on top.
  5. Roll the banana halves carefully to enclose the fillings.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To prevent browning, slice bananas just before serving or sprinkle with lemon juice.
