Description

Quick and easy salmon patties that are perfect for weeknight dinners, combining fresh flavors and a delightful crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (or fresh) salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Flake the salmon in a mixing bowl and combine it with bread crumbs, beaten eggs, chopped green onions, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, keeping them a bit thick for a juicy center.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  5. Serve as sliders or burgers, garnished with your favorite toppings!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stove to keep them crispy.
