- 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
- Flake the salmon in a mixing bowl and combine it with bread crumbs, beaten eggs, chopped green onions, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties, keeping them a bit thick for a juicy center.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Serve as sliders or burgers, garnished with your favorite toppings!
