Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the cucumber thinly and place the slices in a bowl.
- Mix together the white vinegar, salt, olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the cucumber slices and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the cucumber slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for about 120 minutes, or until the chips are crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
