Instructions
- Sauté the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.

- Stir in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for a minute.
- Add rice, diced tomatoes (with juices), and beef broth; bring to a gentle boil.
