Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for a minute.
  4. Add rice, diced tomatoes (with juices), and beef broth; bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
  6. Fluff the mixture with a fork, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
