- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon or ham
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant.
- Combine the cooked sausage, frozen hashbrowns, diced turkey bacon or ham, eggs, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
