Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey sausage
  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon or ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant.
  3. Combine the cooked sausage, frozen hashbrowns, diced turkey bacon or ham, eggs, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
