Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring rich coffee and creamy coconut for a crowd-pleasing treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brewed strong coffee
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the agar-agar powder with water and bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved.
  2. Add sugar and the brewed coffee to the mixture, stirring well.
  3. Pour half of the coffee mixture into a mold and let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. In another saucepan, heat the coconut cream and add the remaining sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Pour the coconut cream mixture over the set coffee jelly layer in your mold and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining coffee mixture on top and let it set completely in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead option: Prepare a day in advance; store covered in refrigerator. Use a warm knife for clean slicing.
