Description

A vibrant Vinegar and Oil Coleslaw that’s quick to prepare and packed with crunchy, fresh flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 small head red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds if using.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
